These terms explain the current MVP operation for Your Last Look reservation and consultation support.
Service scope
Your Last Look provides online concierge support for reservation requests. We may help with restaurants, beauty appointments, activities, and local booking questions.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate request details, arrive on time for confirmed reservations, and follow each venue or provider policy.
Venue dependency
Availability, booking acceptance, cancellation rules, and service delivery are controlled by each venue or provider. We are not the venue operator.
Service changes
During the MVP, supported categories, response hours, fees, and workflows may change as the service is validated.
