Cancellation and Refund Policy
The MVP may start without a support fee. This policy defines how cancellations and future paid requests should be handled.
Free MVP requests
If no service fee is charged, there is no refund amount from Your Last Look. Venue charges, deposits, or cancellation fees may still apply under the venue policy.
Future paid support
If a support fee is introduced, refund eligibility should be shown before payment and depend on whether manual work has already started.
Venue fees
Deposits, no-show penalties, menu prepayments, or provider cancellation fees are controlled by each venue or provider and may be non-refundable.
